This worked great for phone, mic, and other things that I connect to my computer , but it did not work with my external storage drive.

My personal laptop only has one slot and I needed more slots. This tool was plugged into the one slot and now I have a total of 4 slots to use. Love it.

I have a laptop with 2 usb ports. With a wireless mouse and keyboard I was constantly having to unplug one if I was using a flash drive etc. This USB hub has 4 ports and solves my problem perfectly. Yay!

ive used this for six months now (one to two work days a week) and the past few weeks ive been noticing issues. my video camera that is plugged into the adapter goes in an out. ive noticed it has to do with the angle of the plug into the laptop. but hey, cant complain, it was $12. i will be switching over to a more expensive docking station now. so a quick cheap fix!
