When I opened the package and smelled it, it was obvious that it isnt Sorbothane. Its rubber. I contacted the Sorbothane company and they agreed that it isnt Sorbothane. Doesnt fit any of the characteristics they described. Inside hole specified as 0.5 but its actually only 0.375. Beware, bogus product.

Price was competitive but they are a little softer than expected. Delivery was fast. Install was easy and they did help with vibration on our Mini Split outside unit.
