I’m just getting started with making t-shirts. I do not have a heat press (though I hope to get one eventually), so I’m doing it the old fashioned way with hand iron. These sheets work beautifully when working with HTV vinyl. Great quality for the price! I like that even though they aren’t technically “see through”, I can still tell the vinyl that I have pressed vs. the sections I haven’t.

Sheets are about 70 microns / 0.0028 thick. Fabric is woven from flat strands (fiberglass?), then apparently coated with Teflon -- making the surface fairly smooth, but not optically smooth. One sees obvious surface texture under a jewelers loupe... maybe +/- 10 microns on each side. Both sides look the same. Used as release sheets, they may leave a slight pattern on glossy photographs dry mounted with low-temperature film at 185F; I dont find this objectionable, but photographs are noticeably less glossy after mounting. The cut edges of the fabric show a bit of fraying with short strands of fiberglass(?) protruding. The Teflon coating inhibits further fraying, but one should understand that the edge isnt a perfectly clean cut. This shouldnt matter for most applications.

I make horror dolls, and at any time can be working with resin, either acrylic or oil based paint, e6000 glue, hot glue, etc... So far NOTHING has stuck to this mat. I have not tried it for its actual intended purpose of heat pressing, but for everything else, I love it and if anything ever happens to it, I will be buying them again. I got three mats, and used two to cover my entire work surface. Five stars for sure!!!

so i originally brought these to use with my Cricut press and my clam shell heat press which both worked well with it. But today i decided to use one to bake my Polymer clay in the oven on 275F and it worked perfect...nonstick as well!!!

I use these for HTV they protect my heat surface and heat evenly. Never clean the iron or heat press again! Yes Please! They do hold heat so be mindful of that. I use one inside of Shirts and sometimes on top. Depends on the fabric. Works great. I unrolled them and put something heavy to keep them flat so they are ready to use.

I do card and stamping classes. These clean up with a baby wipe. I needed something to stamp on that would not hold ink and stain my next project. I am going to cut one to fit my Misti, to protect it from ink. I am going to buy more so I have one for each student as an individual work area.

I bought a pack of these items to use as a liner with my Cricut Easy Press as I applied HTV to clothing. I have only needed 1 sheet as it is in great condition with light use. Definately great to have and made a difference with HTV application.

Purchased as an alternative to the expensive craft mats on the market. I saw reviews from other crafters specifically purchasing for that reason as well so I though that for the price you cant go wrong and boy was I right! One craft mat is about $10-$20 for the size of just one of these sheets!! No brainer! I ordered these based off those reviews and Im extremely satisfied and the value is incredible. I get three mats for the price of just 1/2 of a mat marketed under crafting. Such a rip off! These are perfect for crafting with stamp inks, alcohol inks etc. I can just put a drop directly on the mat and do what I need to! Perfect for mixing my inks to paint with.. almost like a re-usable pallet sheet! I just wipe it off when Im finished and its good to go for next time with no staining! So I kept one the original size then cut one in half for smaller projects then the last one in 3rds for really quick small projects to fit my needs so I have all kinds of sizes depending on what Im doing. Just to compare these to a name brand craft mat at Michaels that retails for 20.00, I opened it up and found that the color was exactly the same, the size was pretty close but the only notable difference was the craft mat was a little thicker than these sheets which to be honest I like the thinner quality of these mats as they roll up easier for storage. Not enough of a difference to get me to Purchase that mat for 20$!!! No thanks, Ill stick with a pack of three for 6 bucks and free shipping! Very satisfied and I highly recommend if you need a craft mat dont spend 20$ just purchase these! Theyre cheap enough that if you ruin one you can toss it and not feel bad! Ill purchase more when needed but Ill say they are holding up fantastic. Wondering what else I can do with these!
