I purchased this extension cord as I thought it would be perfect for the upcoming wildfires, and power outages. When it came, to my surprise it did not work with my generator. The problem was I had waited to long to try it on my generator and the return window was closed. I reached out to a number that I found online and explained my situation. They individual in the United States (Eric) along with the owner of the store in China, could not be more helpful in getting me 1) into an extension cord that would work, 2) an adaptor that I can use also in the future for my generator. It appears to be a heavy cord but only time will tell. Some of these elec. cords from over the water are junk, hope this one will be better.
