Greater than one weekWhoever plugged it in and turned it on last forgot to turn it off so when it arrived to me it was hot battery had run down fortunately are charged it back up and it seems to be okay has been doing fine ever since? Still was just concerning receiving an item in the mail that was turned on and left on during shipping.
