Zippers don’t stay put and hard to secure with locks and keys. Not we’ll made, not impressed. Spend more money and get better product.

The zipper broke after first use. Had to buy another garment bag to replace this one. Was a terrible buy. I like the concept but just didnt work for me I guess.

It doesn’t keep your clothes from being winkled. The actual size is small.

On it’s maiden voyage, due to having a basic economy-fare we had to check our luggage. Worried that some of the zippers could come open as they didn’t lock or snap together in any way, and since the zippers are all that hold the contents in place inside the bag, I put a twist tie on one side to lock the zipper handles on one side to each other and used a TSA lock through the two upper handles and the top zipper on the other side. Only one flight later, the handles of the side zipper, the handles and the zipper foot of the top zipper, and the lock are gone. Clearly rough handling by the airline but in all hundreds of thousands of miles I’ve flown with my Samsonite bags, I’ve never seen a bag so poorly designed that the entire zipper ripped off!!! This was a Christmas gift and was brand new this morning, and it’s now useless. I’m very disappointed in the previous reviews of this bag. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Durable matieral. Zippers held up well. Fit two suits with shirts in the garment portion just fine and I had room for a good amount of clothes and two pairs of shoes once zipped into the duffel. The shoulder strap is durable but uncomfortable. I might replace it for another black one. Great bag for the price.

Great design idea. Material for bag is good. But the zippers are garbage!! I would have paid more if it had nice heavy metal zippers.

It is a great idea, but the zippers are REALLY cheap. The main zipper willplit open if there is any pressure put on it. Company- youd sell more of these if you upgraded them!
